PB&J Overnight Jar Oatmeal

Total Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 8


  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 6-8 red grapes, cut in half


  1. Put in jar and shake. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Next morning add 1 tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of reduced calorie grape jelly.
  3. Stir and enjoy!
